Interior: • Bedrooms: 4 bedrooms with one king bed and three queen beds. The garage features two single beds (one bed pulls out from under another). Amenities: • Entertainment: Samsung HDTV 70'' in the living room and Samsung 55'' in the master bedroom. • Connectivity: Free Wi-Fi provided. • Convenience: Drip coffee in the morning, record player for sunset moments, and a hot tub for evening relaxation. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house except supplies closet Other things to note - We are not refilling the gas BBQ grill, l so you would have to bring the empty tank to Home Depot or Walmart to exchange due to our housekeeper no longer doing this. - The cleaning company charges us 35 per pet per night. Please contact the host if you have pets. - The 5th bedroom is a garage conversion. It has two twin sofa beds and a split AC. - The sofa bed in the garage is a top bed and a pull-out bed at the bottom. Each of them is a twin bed. - Please note that we do not provide firewood to use for the two outdoor fire-pits, you would have to bring your own. - We need your help to put the trash into the dumpster and not the enclosure. Animal comes and scatters all the trash and we get fine from the city. - Indoor fireplace is not available for use. -Please put the cover of the hot tub/jacuzzi after use. -We offer early check-in and late check-out (if available) for a small fee Due to California’s warm climate, it’s normal to occasionally see common insects or small critters. This is common in the area and not a reflection of cleanliness. Insects and critters are attracted to any food left out, so please keep food sealed and dispose of trash properly to help prevent them. Our home is professionally cleaned and regularly treated for pest prevention. Smoking: Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please ensure no smoke or odor enters the house. Any smoke-related odor inside will result in an additional cleaning fee. Events: Events or gatherings are allowed by pre-approval only. The total number of guests must be disclosed in advance.
