One is in living room and the other is in game room. -Please note we collect $300 security deposit for trash situation. We need your help to put the trash into the dumpster and not the enclose. Animal comes and scatter all the trash and we get fine from the city. When you check out please take a picture no trash was left on the premise and we will return deposit. - Cleaning company charge us $60 per pet per night. Please contact the host if you have pets. - Indoor fireplace is not available for use for fire safety reasons. -Please note that during winter time, furniture outside of the house are covered by snow or ice most of the time. Because of this, our cleaners can't clean and we can't guarantee the use of the furniture outside. -Please put the cover of the hot tub/jacuzzi after use. PLEASE NOTE: We have exterior cameras in the property for security and insurance purposes. Primary renter/guest must be 25 years of age or older. Primary renter/guest is defined as the person reserving and paying for the security deposit/rental fees and is responsible for all guests staying at the property during their stay. Please note: Our home is equipped with heating only, which is typical for homes in Big Bear. The mountain climate cools off quickly in the evenings — even during the warmer months — so air conditioning is generally not needed or common in the area. Due to California’s warm climate, it’s normal to occasionally see common insects or small critters. This is common in the area and not a reflection of cleanliness. Insects and critters are attracted to any food left out, so please keep food sealed and dispose of trash properly to help prevent them. Our home is professionally cleaned and regularly treated for pest prevention. Smoking: Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please ensure no smoke or odor enters the house. Any smoke-related odor inside will result in an additional cleaning fee. Events: Events or gatherings are allowed by pre-approval only. The total number of guests must be disclosed in advance. Photography: Photography or filming is permitted with prior approval and may be subject to an additional fee. Registration Details 2021-1528
