Parking garage in the back, next to the backyard . Beautiful spacious back yard with multiple siting area. BBQ in back yard. -Home has mobile AC units -Parking on street in front of the house is first come first serve, and you can find a lot of parking spots. It is not allowed to park in front of the house 10pm to 6am. You should park on 74th street after 10:00pm- the intersection right next to the house. You can also park in the garage behind the house by accessing the alley from 74th st. There is 1 garage with 2 parking spots. -Please also note that our house neighborhood is best described as up-and-coming in a diverse urban settings. The house is safe and secure ( under camera surveillance 24/7) and it is good if you are comfortable with urban living. If you are not comfortable living in a diverse neighborhood, this house maybe not for you. - Please note that we no longer refill propane tank due to our house keeper no longer doing this. You can take the empty tank and go to home depot very close to the house and have it refill. Note they will charge more if you don't have an empty tank. Please remember this is a home and not a hotel. We ask that you treat the space with care. If any problem arises, we will do our best to take action ASAP. PLEASE NOTE: We have exterior cameras at the property for security and insurance purposes. - Indoor fireplace is not available for use. Due to California’s warm climate, it’s normal to occasionally see common insects or small critters. This is common in the area and not a reflection of cleanliness. Insects and critters are attracted to any food left out, so please keep food sealed and dispose of trash properly to help prevent them. Our home is professionally cleaned and regularly treated for pest prevention. Smoking: Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please ensure no smoke or odor enters the house. Any smoke-related odor inside will result in an additional cleaning fee. Events: Events or gatherings are allowed by pre-approval only. The total number of guests must be disclosed in advance. Photography: Photography or filming is permitted with prior approval and may be subject to an additional fee. Service animals aren’t pets, so there’s no need to add them here.
