BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): Queen bed with breathtaking river and mountain views. Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Master suite featuring a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): Queen bed with scenic river and mountain views. Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): 2 queen beds, great for groups or families. Bathrooms include one on each floor, located in the hallway for easy access. PARKING & AMENITIES The driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles. The garage has been transformed into a fun-filled game room for added entertainment. An in-garage laundry area provides convenient access during your stay. 🐾 PETS Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Please do not disturb neighbor by talking loud outside. Smoking: Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please ensure no smoke or odor enters the house. Any smoke-related odor inside will result in an additional cleaning fee. Events: Events or gatherings are allowed by pre-approval only. The total number of guests must be disclosed in advance. Photography: Photography or filming is permitted with prior approval and may be subject to an additional fee. Other Things to Note: Norco is known as “Horsetown USA,” and because of the rural environment, guests may occasionally see common outdoor insects such as earwigs. This is normal for the area and can happen throughout the city, especially during certain seasons.
