Hallway bathroom available. • Game Room Fun: Enjoy the converted garage game room equipped with a ping pong table, foosball, and extra lounge space. • Entertainment: Relax in the living room with a 65-inch Roku TV or watch the 50-inch TV from the comfort of the master bedroom. • Fully Stocked Kitchen: You will find everything you need to cook family meals, including a dining table that seats six guests. • Convenient Parking: We provide two private parking spots in the driveway along with free street parking for your vehicles. • On-Site Laundry: A washer and dryer are available for a small fee to keep your clothes fresh during your trip. • Pet-Friendly: Your furry friends are welcome to join you for a small fee of $35 per pet, per night. • Prime Location: Stay just 15 to 20 minutes away from the magic of Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, and Adventure City. • Flexible Timing: We are happy to offer early check-in or late check-out for a small fee whenever our schedule allows. • Cleaning fee: To keep our home spotless, our cleaning team charges a small fee of $30. Please inform beforehand for any pets. • Easy Parking: You are welcome to use the two driveway spots in front of the garage, with plenty of additional free parking available on the street. • Evening Lights: To enjoy the backyard ambiance, you can easily turn on the string lights using the switch located directly on the plug. • Energy Saving: We kindly ask that you help us stay ""green"" by switching off lights and appliances when you head out to explore. • Grilling at Home: For your convenience, the BBQ propane tank can be quickly exchanged at a nearby Home Depot or Walmart if it runs low during your stay. • Fresh Air: Please enjoy smoking in our outdoor areas only to keep the indoor air fresh and avoid specialized cleaning fees. • Gatherings: If you are planning a small event, please message us in advance so we can help you with the pre-approval process. • Photography: We welcome professional filming and photoshoots with prior approval and a small coordination fee.
