Full Kitchen: High-end appliances—refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, cookware, plates, cups & utensils. Laundry: Complimentary washer, dryer, and detergent provided. BED ARRANGEMENT: (All Private): Room #1: Master bedroom – King bed, 65" TV, walk-in closet, luxurious en-suite bathroom with double vanity & shower. Room #2: Queen bed. Room #3: 2 double beds. Room #4: Queen bed + lux stand-up work desk. Additional Bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms conveniently located near bedrooms and kitchen. LIVING SPACES: First Living Room: Open-concept, connected to the kitchen with a view of the pool and backyard. Dining Area: Table seats up to 8 guests, furnished with high-quality pieces. Second Living Room: Cozy space perfect for family and friends to relax and hang out. TOP ATTRACTIONS: 5 min – Arrowhead Viewing Spot / Casino / Music Events 9 min – Blair Park 30 min – Rim of the World Scenic Drive 30 min – Lake Gregory 30 min – Heart Rock Trails Book your stay for a memorable getaway! - The couch in the living room can sleep an extra person - We have weekly pool service - We are not refilling the gas BBQ grill, so you would have to bring the empty tank to Home Depot or Walmart to exchange it due as our housekeeper no longer does this. -Indoor fireplace is not available for use. -There is a fee to heat the pool, and please note that we provide the instructions to heat it upon the guest's arrival. -We offer early check-in and late check-out (if available) for a small fee. IMPORTANT: POOL 1. If the pool is used and you take out the vacuum, you must put it back in when done using the pool. The Vacuum is what keeps walls and floors clean of bacteria. 2. Intake line “hose” must be disconnected before it is taken out of the pool. Otherwise, it sucks air and will ruin the pump. 3. Do not remove the tablet dispenser from the pool. Can’t keep the pool clean without that equipment running. PLEASE NOTE: We have exterior cameras in front of the house and at the backyard (pool area) for security and insurance purposes. Smoking: Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please ensure no smoke or odor enters the house. Any smoke-related odor inside will result in an additional cleaning fee. Events: Events or gatherings are allowed by pre-approval only. The total number of guests must be disclosed in advance. Photography: Photography or filming is permitted with prior approval and may be subject to an additional fee. Service animals aren’t pets, so there’s no need to add them here. We do have exterior cameras to count the number of guests, if there is a party or any complaints from neighbors we will call police, and our security company will escort you to leave the house immediately. 3. PLEASE NOTE: Wipes should not be flushed to the toilet. Additional rules 1. Occasional events must be approved by host and are higher in price than overnight stays. 2. Extra guests/visitors must be approved by host, there is an additional fee for extra guests . Exterior cameras installed on house to verify that guest count is accurate. 3. Pet cleaning fee: $35 per pet per night and must communicate the host before booking
