If any problem arises, we will do our best to take action ASAP - Please note: We no longer refill propane tanks. Guests can take their empty tank to the nearby Home Depot for a refill. Keep in mind that refills may cost more if you don’t bring an empty tank with you. - Indoor fireplace is not available for use. - We offer early check-in and late check-out (if available) for a small fee. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: -We have exterior cameras at the property for security and insurance purposes. - For any stay longer than 30 days, there is a utilities cap of $400. The cap applies to water, electricity, and gas. Trash, Wi-Fi, lawn care, and pool service are included. If your usage exceeds the utilities cap, you will be responsible for the excess. Our home is in a single family home neighborhood where it is safe and quiet to walk around. It's mainly family staying. For LA you would really need a car to get around or call a taxi but that would be more expensive.
