POOL RULES If you remove the pool vacuum while swimming, please place it back in the pool afterward. It keeps the walls and floor clean and prevents bacteria. Disconnect the intake line (hose) before removing the vacuum to avoid damaging the pump. Do not remove the chlorine tablet dispenser from the pool; it is essential for water sanitation. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION • The indoor fireplace is not available for use. • Please cover the hot tub/jacuzzi after each use. • Exterior security cameras are installed at the front of the house and in the backyard (pool area) for safety and insurance purposes. • Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. A flat-rate option may be available depending on length of stay and number of pets. Due to California’s warm climate, it’s normal to occasionally see common insects or small critters. This is common in the area and not a reflection of cleanliness. Insects and critters are attracted to any food left out, so please keep food sealed and dispose of trash properly to help prevent them. Our home is professionally cleaned and regularly treated for pest prevention. Smoking: Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please ensure no smoke or odor enters the house.
