To your left two bedrooms with queen beds in them. Behind the first living room is the kitchen and a massive second living room. From second living room, you can get out to the backyard. It's a perfect indoor outdoor California living. - We also have a pool table and corn hole game for entertainment - The house has 4 bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king bed and attached bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed, and third bedroom has queen bed. No loud music and noise, no party. 2. If there is a party or any complaints from neighbors we will call police, and our security company will escort you to leave the house immediately. 3. No smoking of anything inside the house. This includes weed and cigarettes. 4. Please do not move furniture. If you must, please move it back to its proper place. 5. Cleaning fee is for a normal cleaning, if the house is left trashed, an extra charge of $300 will be added for a complete deep clean. 6. PLEASE NOTE: Wipes should not be flushed to the toilet. Additional rules 1. Occasional events must be approved by host and are higher in price than overnight stays. 2. Extra guests/visitors must be approved by host, there is an additional fee for extra guests. Exterior cameras installed on house to verify that guest count is accurate. 3. Pet cleaning fee: $35 per pet per night and must communicate the host before booking 4. Please respect our neighbors. No loud music or conversation outside after quiet hour at 9:30pm. Due to California’s warm climate, it’s normal to occasionally see common insects or small critters. This is common in the area and not a reflection of cleanliness. Insects and critters are attracted to any food left out, so please keep food sealed and dispose of trash properly to help prevent them. Our home is professionally cleaned and regularly treated for pest prevention. Smoking: Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please ensure no smoke or odor enters the house. Any smoke-related odor inside will result in an additional cleaning fee. Events: Events or gatherings are allowed by pre-approval only. The total number of guests must be disclosed in advance. Photography: Photography or filming is permitted with prior approval and may be subject to an additional fee. Service animals aren’t pets, so there’s no need to add them here.
