Bedroom #2: on the left has a queen bed and an attached bathroom Bedroom #3: on the left as 2 full beds and an attached bathroom (Bedrooms #2 and #3 shared the same attached bathroom ) The 3rd floor has a sofa bed. Smoking: Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please ensure no smoke or odor enters the house. Any smoke-related odor inside will result in an additional cleaning fee. Events: Events or gatherings are allowed by pre-approval only. The total number of guests must be disclosed in advance.
