SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: (Both Bedrooms are downstairs) - Bedroom No#1: 1 queen bed with a small work desk - Bedroom No#2: 1 queen bed sleeping 2 and one bunk bed with a pull out sleeping 3 more. PATIO: Has seating area with BBQ grill. PARKING: Garage parking on the right side of the garage only. PETS Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets. We have party detector and will come and shut down party. We will cancel your reservations without any refund and will call the police to escort you out of the property. We not be refilling propane so please refill if you plan to use the grill. Parking is only on the right side of the garage. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees. Smoking: Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please ensure no smoke or odor enters the house. Any smoke-related odor inside will result in an additional cleaning fee. Events: Events or gatherings are allowed by pre-approval only. The total number of guests must be disclosed in advance. Photography: Photography or filming is permitted with prior approval and may be subject to an additional fee. Service animals aren’t pets, so there’s no need to add them here.
