Note they will charge more if you don't have an empty tank. - One AC we leave the closet and can be plugged in when needed. - Free parking on driveway that can park up to 3 cars - Indoor fireplace is not available for use. We offer early check-in and late check-out (if available) for a small fee Due to California’s warm climate, it’s normal to occasionally see common insects or small critters. This is common in the area and not a reflection of cleanliness. Insects and critters are attracted to any food left out, so please keep food sealed and dispose of trash properly to help prevent them. Our home is professionally cleaned and regularly treated for pest prevention. Smoking: Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please ensure no smoke or odor enters the house. Any smoke-related odor inside will result in an additional cleaning fee. Events: Events or gatherings are allowed by pre-approval only. The total number of guests must be disclosed in advance. Photography: Photography or filming is permitted with prior approval and may be subject to an additional fee. - Please help to keep the noise down in the backyard - Parking is only on the right side of driveway Service animals aren’t pets, so there’s no need to add them here.
